Founded in 1988 as a small oilfield carrier in Abilene, Texas, the company has grown to be one of the Premier Specialized Carriers in North America.

Client Challenge:

* The client needed to double the size of its IT department with IT project managers, business analysts, IBM i specialists and QA testing with expertise in planning and implementing complex application software projects relevant to the logistics and transportation industry.

* In addition, the client’s headquarters were in Fort Worth, TX where there were few professionals with the industry experience required.

* The client also needed to implement a PMO office to achieve greater coordination and quality standards.
