The client is a Canada-based leading vehicle insurance company. The Group has been in the creditor insurance business.

Since 1988 offering life and disability coverage to consumers, marketing insurance, mechanical breakdown protection and vehicle protection products through financial services offices.

Client Challenge and Context:

* The company offered various payment plans for extended mechanical parts and accident claims respective.

* The parts plan operates like a loan over a selected term of desired months while accident claims is premium paid over the term.

* All payment plans accept credit cards. Currently the only option is a monthly payment frequency.
